Apple slices (any type of apple will do but my favorite are Honey Crisp or Pink Ladies)
1 Cup of Sprite Zero
Cinnamon to your liking
1packet of Stevia
Mix all together
Microwave for 2-3 minutes...depends on the size of the apple used
Besides being nutritionally dense, another PERK....
Cinnamon is medically proven to curb cravings and increase metabolism.
Not to mention that this calls for ZERO Refined Sugar, this is all natural yumminess
In my opinion this comes pretty close to the taste of a traditional apple pie!
